Tilghman uses watercolor to their full capacity, often applying pure pigment in order to develop rich tones. He terms his style "Tell Tale Art" and incorporates primitive elongation, realism and his own brand of Surrealism in an effort to reveal stories from history as seen through the eyes of a child. |
