Sheila Elias' color-soaked canvas are filled with the vivid hue of an imagination that has been both her guide and her muse. Inspired by Matisse, Elias's work is driven by a unique collage technique that incorporates the realism of photography and mechanical reproduction with her own personal mindscape.
